Meet Galliant’s Leadership Team
-
Michelle Kuhn, Chief Clinical Officer, PhD, BCBA-D
Background: As Galliant’s Chief Clinical Officer, I lead our clinical strategy, recruiting, expansion, and training. I’ve been in ABA for 16 years, first starting as an RBT and then growing into a BCBA and BCBA-D. Alongside my time at Galliant, I can be found teaching the next generation of ABA leaders as an Adjunct Professor at Texas State.
Favorite Hobbies: Spending time with my husband and 3 kids, hiking, running, and reading
-
Bobby Dodson, Co-President
Background: As Co-President, I lead Galliant’s recruiting, expansion, marketing, analytics, and software teams. Prior to joining Galliant, I spent time as an operations leader in ABA, a support leader in technology (Uber), and an investment associate in finance. I have a passion for building small, local businesses and spend my extra hours investing in start-ups.
Favorite Hobbies: Game night!, snow sports, spending time with family, traveling, and all things being on the water
-
Andrew Holder, Co-President
Background: As Galliant’s Co-President, I lead our strategy, finance, and vision. Prior to Galliant, I had the rewarding opportunity to be co-founder of Hope Pediatrics, a Dallas based home health care company that served critically-ill kids. I also spent 5 years in technology (Uber) and 9 years as a VP in Fixed Income Capital Markets at Citigroup where I earned my CFA.
Favorite Hobbies: Spending time with my wife and daughter Ria, running, biking, skiing, and watching documentaries (share your recommendations!)

Hannah, Regional Director, DFW
Hi everyone, I’m Hannah! I am newly engaged and my fiancé, dog (Brooks) and I just moved to Texas. We both enjoy staying active. I like playing rec volleyball, and going to the gym. I’m very thankful to be moving to the south because you can always find me pool side and in the sun ☀️
Prior to becoming a BCBA I worked in the field of ABA as an RBT for 5 years. I have my undergrad in Speech Communication and Disorders. However, because of all of my experience and desire to help individuals on the spectrum, I completed my Masters in ABA!
