What is ABA Therapy?
Applied behavior analysis (ABA) is a form of therapy to treat issues with communication, motor skills, and behavioral disorders. The American Psychological Association classifies ABA as an evidence-based practice, meaning it’s been supported by the peer-reviewed literature as a form of treatment.
What can I expect in the enrollment process?
Inquiries and referrals are accepted over the phone or on our website. Parents are welcome to schedule a virtual appointment with one of Galliant's Clinical Directors or Program Managers to learn more about our services which can be done through our website.. Enrollment forms prior to placement include:
Enrollment form
Admissions form, including emergency contacts and consent to treat
Marketing release
Child health appraisal (to include allergy information, immunization records, and physician’s statement of health)
Confidentiality statement
Client Services Agreement
Acknowledgement of receipt of policies
How many hours per week is therapy?
Every treatment plan is individualized to meet the needs of the children we serve, so the number of hours will depend on the assessment done by your Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
What are your hours of operations?
Galliant’s hours Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. – 4 p.m.
What age range do you work with?
Galliant works with individuals from 1-14 years of age in-home, and 1-12 years of age in-clinic. In select locations, we may be able to provide in-home services to individuals up to 18 years of age.
