Specialties

Early Intervention

Early intensive intervention, it is said, is the key to "optimal outcomes" for children with autism. A child’s development - specifically their brain - matures rapidly between the ages of zero and three, suggesting that early intervention is an ideal way to treat a childhood disorder.

Parent Training

The parent-child relationship is a life-long journey of learning and training. In ABA parent training, Galliant’s BCBA’s teach the parents of the individual diagnosed with autism how to implement the tactics utilized in a clinical setting in other environments, such as the home or the community. Parent training is mandatory in all treatment plans, as it has been shown to lead to expedited discharge from ABA.

Social & Communication Skills

Impairment in social skills is a primary feature of Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASDs) and often an overlooked component of therapy. Galliant social skills training targets the following: communication, friendship skills, general socialization, problem-solving, and perspective-taking. Galliant offers group therapy through a weekly social skills session done via tele-health.
